The Energetic Stretching course includes loosening and lengthening exercises of every single section of the body, with particular regard to joints. It offers exercises that work on the twelve meridians of traditional Chinese medicine, fundamental for the psycho-physical-energetic health of our person.
It is developed in 12 video lessons, which show techniques that are particularly useful for having a flexible body and starting to work on energy. It is a very useful course for anyone who has a sedentary lifestyle and is forced to spend several hours sitting in front of a screen and is also suitable for all those athletes from other disciplines who feel the need to increase their muscle flexibility, to improve their sports performance.
It is a prerequisite (but not mandatory) to access Qi Gong (Chi Kung) and Tai Ji Quan (Tai Chi Chuan) courses because it helps to achieve a stronger and more flexible body
Almost all the proposed exercises are based on a very particular lengthening of the body, in which different muscle segments are stretched at the same time, creating an elastic effect particularly useful for the spine.
N.B: This is a practice course, which does not qualify for teaching. It does not include tutoring, thesis, internship or certificate issuance by HAP
It is a course designed and structured for your health, suitable for anyone, which does not necessarily imply having to continue a path with the disciplines of Qi Gong and Tai Ji Quan, but it is very useful if you decide to do so.
